Our kitchen is managed by a 100% Turkish staff focused on high-quality output and consistent dining results. By using traditional Zirh knives to hand-mince our lamb and beef, we maintain the ideal texture for our charcoal-grilled kebabs while strictly adhering to our 100% Zabiha Halal standards.
